VICTORIA FALLS & CHOBE SAFARI
A cultural tour of Zimbabwe & Botswana

One of the most fascinating sites in the world, Victoria Falls is 1708 meters wide making it the largest water curtain in the world. The drop of between 90 to 107 m. into the Zambezi Gorge plummets over half a million cubic meters of water – every minute. On any journey to Africa, Victoria Falls is a not to miss highlight.  Add to this the other major safari highlight of Southern Africa – Chobe National Park and you have got the best of Southern Africa.

Day 01: Johannesburg – Victoria Falls (Flight)
Transfer on your own for your flight from Johannesburg’s Tambo International Airport for your flight to Victoria Falls. Upon arrival you are met and transferred to your hotel.
Afternoon you enjoy a spectacular sundowner cruise on the mighty Zambezi.
Overnight: Victoria Falls (2 nights)

Day 02: Victoria Falls
After breakfast,a guided tour of Victoria Falls, one of the seven natural wonders of the world. This walking safari takes one through tar magnificent rain forest to view the Cataracts, Livingstone’s statue and a wide variety of birds and plants. Optional visit to the craft village and/or African Spectacular tribal dancing.

Day 03: Victoria Falls / Chobe (Botswana)
A scenic drive gets us from the majestic Victoria Falls to Chobe National Park in Botswana – home to over 450 bird species. Chobe also has the largest concentration of elephants in Africa and offers very interesting and exciting game rides.
Overnight: Chobe National Park, Chobe (2 nights) (B, L, D)

Day 04: Chobe
Game viewing in Chobe using 4 x 4’s. Chobe's wildlife roams in profusion and diversity. It is home to the largest concentration of elephants in Africa and during the dry season the herds congregate along the fertile flood plains of the Chobe River. Large herds of Buffalo also concentrate on the floodplains during the dry season. Other major species such as Lion, Wild Dog, Puku, Red Lechwe, Sable and Roan Antelope are encountered in many areas of the reserve. (B, L, D)

Day 05: Chobe / Victoria Falls / Johannesburg
After breakfast transfer to Victoria Falls Airport for your return flight to Johannesburg Airport. (B)
